What is the best way to contact fencing?

Use the CONTACT link at the top of the page. 

How are your products shipped?

We ship out orders twice weekly. We use USPS First Class/First Class International for all orders. PLEASE make sure your address is correct. Checking Google Maps or USPS is a great way to ensure your items will reach you without delay. 

You will receive an order confirmation, and a confirmation when your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship everywhere. Shipping is $5 to United States, $10 to Canada, and $20 everywhere else.

Do you accept rush orders or custom orders?

We do not accept rush orders, and at this time we do not accept custom orders.

Can you cancel an order?

Contact us if you need to cancel an orders. Orders that are already in progress will not be cancelled.


What if there is a problem with my order?

We do not accept returns. If there is a problem with the items received, please use the "Contact" function linked at the top of the site. Allow 2-3 days for a response. We are happy to replace broken and incorrect orders. Please bear in mind that our products may take up to 6 weeks to be made before shipment. Thank you for your patience, as we make each piece by hand per order. 

Do not attempt to contact us via social media about your order status. We are likely to miss your DM request or comment.

How should I care for acrylic products?

For fingerprints and oil, polish gently with a soft, dry cloth. For more stubborn wear, only use polish that is suitable for acrylic.
